Catering Services Ltd. is a joint venture of Cathay Pacific Catering
Services and LSG Lufthansa Service. It has been a strong force
in the airline catering industry for the past 21 years and today,
is in the fore-front of its industry. CLS Catering Services Ltd
boasts highly sophisticated flight kitchens in both Vancouver
and Toronto.
The Vancouver operation
offers a large, modern kitchen located five minutes from the
Vancouver International Airport which has become one of the
major hubs for inter-continental travel on the Pacific Rim of
North America. CLS Vancouver has a floor area of 4,500 square
meters with a daily meal capacity of 10,000. The facility has
a separate hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bake shop, and adequate
space for bond storage and airline equipment. CLS Vancouver
offers personalized service to each of its customers. Customer
Care is a company culture and a way of life for our staff.
We
produce high quality, authentic meals for Western, Chinese,
Korean, Indian and Southeast Asian dishes. Our customers include
Air Pacific, Cathay Pacific Airways, Eva Air, Japan Airlines,
Thomas Cook Airlines, Korean Air, China Airlines, Lufthansa
German Airlines, Singapore Airlines and Philippine Airlines.
CLS Vancouver takes pride in its level of hygiene and quality.
It ensures that safe products of the highest quality are delivered
to all our customers.
A HACCP program is in place which is monitored and controlled
by LSG Hygiene Institute. Also, we use the services of LSG Hygiene
Institute to conduct microbiological tests on the safety of
meals produced.
